I have 3 kids. Tried taking each of them when they were too young. It's pointless until their about 6. Don't take the baby just so you can say they went to their first game when they were a few weeks old. That's just for you, not for them and, the moment you hold them, you'll realise that you won't be the most important thing in your life anymore.

Having said that, if they ever come home and say they want to support United, you know the deal, sack, bricks, river.

My wife and I brought our daughter to her first game after 4 months, she has been going since, she is 7 now. We never had a choice though as we don’t have any family who were able to help with child minding. I think newborn is too young and if you have option to leave baby with family then this I would highly recommend
