Baconface given £60M transfer kitty?

Does the £60m include the wages they will pay the incoming players? With Rooney going onto £150k a week, anyone big star coming in (and they'll have to be big name players otherwise Shrek will be off) will want at least £100k a week.

FUCKING MELTDOWN....

Who cares? people who expect them never to spend money again are just as deluded as those who think they'll spend 100 million to me, they're obviously not skint just as they are obviously far from flush, even if they do spend big over the next few months why let it bother us at all? we have our own objectives and our own players and targets to concern ourselves with, be nice if we could all focus on City and not keep worrying about whats going on over there.

£60m?
I can remember when that was a lot of money. Bless the f*cking paupers!

But seriously, as daft as it sounds, you don't get a lot for your money these days. Top players want £6-7m a year on a 4 year contract and their clubs want £30m for the player - so they're going to get one new player possibly two max.

Anyway, I thought "there was no value in the market"?

That type of Money is nowhere near enough for the type of quick fix that Scum require. Ideally, they would have gone for up and coming youngsters like Rodwell or Lukaku for instance but they dont seem to have the time for that.

I wonder if Taggert regrets some of the ones he let get away. Forlan and Giuesseppi Rossi spring to mind. The Icing on the Cake being his preference for Johnny Evans - a player with Bolton or Middlesborough written all over him over World Cup Winner Gerrard Pique.

I care. If you dont like banter and ripping the piss out of your closest rivals when you can then go watch ballet or something. I bet you really add to atmos at comms. "oh look what a wonderful pass by that young united player"..

No. It includes the £50,000,000 they will get for him next summer. They hope.

If I didn't know any better I'd think that all of this in debt shite is a bit media wind up from the RAGs, giving us a false sense of security.
But sadly for them it's not, but suddenly so called 60mil comes out of mid air, and surely it's another wind up, saying they've money when they don't, but they did just up Rooney's wage to ridiculous heights, so the money has to be coming from somewhere.

Whatever anyway, the RAGS will be lulled into a false sense of security, but at the end of the day, their precious star wanted out, and publicly, and he had to be bought off, which shows no loyalty, they're broke, and while I wont count my chickens yet, things really aren't going their way, draw after draw, after draw. They'll compete but they're drowning, and watching it happen is like sweet, sweet music.
Fergie is, he's a bloody goood manager, and he's really pulling off this PR stunt, but the minute he's gone they'll sink.

What goes around...
