I'm fucking made up. I'll be glad to see the back of the most lazy, sulky, dirty, selfish and idiotic so called footballer I've ever seen in a blue shirt. Good riddance Mario you could have been a legend, but you're a knob, so you never could have been.

Good luck meeeeelan, you're gonna need it.

*tin hat on*

We need to remember the good things he did too mate. Top performances in big games like FA Cup Semi and Final, 6-1 derby and the title winning game. He may have been a hot head but without his contribution last year I do not think we would be champions. Good luck Mario lad and thanks for the memories.

people in executive positions will do what is best for the company/club. if someone gets annoyed by it then tough.

What's best for the club isn't to make decisions without input from your highly paid and highly qualified employees.

If you're going to treat those employees like shit you might also find their output decreases.

Decisions will be made by the board for the best of the corporation/business. if one of the upper management get annoyed then tough.

You cannot run a company without annoying people sometimes. if you try to keep everyone happy you will fail.

And you certainly couldn't allow 1 member of staff ( no matter how important they are ) to hold the club to ransom in effect.

Who is saying anything about 1 member of staff holding them to ransom?

And it has nothing to do with anyone getting annoyed.

If they didnt consider the wishes of the most qualified football person at the club they would be idiots. I don't believe that's the case.

And it doesn't mean they can't make decisions.

Re: Balotelli (continued)

I'm sad to see him go. I think Balotelli will go down as one of our most "frustrating" signings ever. We all know how good he can be, and I know people like to count his highlights and use that to show us how he only performed on rare occasions, but during the run of games last season from Everton at home through to Chelsea away which had the 6-1 in the middle of it, was the run of games where I thought maybe we're going to see Mario reach his potential here as he was playing and scoring each week.

Obviously it hasn't really worked out but we should all be thankful to him for the assist to Aguero and the 17(?) goals he scored during our title winning season.

I can see him tearing Seria A to shreds.

Ruin?
I don't think so. Not with a fantastic owner and top people in the executive positions.

Yes ruin. Top people in executive positions wouldn't disregard the opinions of key employees.

Very much the case, also in the real corporate world outside football.

It's not like we are being lead by Cooke and Marwood anymore.
We upgraded, a lot, and I think our owner puts more trust in our Spanish duo to build him the club he wants, than he does in Mancini.
