i agree he had to go, but still tinged with a little sadness that his stay wasn't quite so spectacular as it at times threatened to be.

I've gone on a few times about 4 forwards contributing against QPR, not sure I've seen anyone else on about it.
But I've never said we wouldn't sell Balotelli with or without a replacement.
It was just my opinion that if we did sell him we need to replace him. And thats opinion is stronger tonight.

Would have wasted chances just like our other strikers. His 2.8% conversion rate this season is the worst of any striker in the league. Any problems we have wouldn't be solved by Mario staying I'm afraid.
