Balotelli alleged "stamp" V Spurs

Re: Balotelli Stamp V Spurs

The more replays I watch, the less it looks like the preseason match incident with LA Galaxy.

I could see where Balotelli thought he heard a whistle due to his reaction afterward. But I cannot see how a player could move his leg like that unless it was a deliberate stamp. Hard to imagine how he won't get a ban.

Lescott should be OK /knockonwood

Just watch the highlights and aftermatch talk on sky gary neville and terry mac both adamant lescott meant to elbow kaboul and ballotelli meant to stamp on parker cant be convinced about either but no doubt one if not both may face a ban.

Go and sit on the Clarkie step !

There will be go after go in the coming months by all and sundry attempting to de-rail our title challenge. Not for any positive reason based on another more worthy club winning but wishing us to fail. They're a sorry bunch.

I have watched this 20 times, and how?! HOW HOW HOW HOW HOW HOW HOW HOW HOW HOW can anyone believe that there is enough video evidence of this to be damning towards Balo?! I don't see it. Whether it was intentional or not, there is absolutely no way a neutral bystander could make a decision on this unless they had the gift of mind-reading. No-one can do that. It is just a witch hunt, because controversy sells. Balo sells, speculation SELLS. This happens 2 times a game, every game, every week. But since it's Balotelli, the commentators spew crap out of their mouth to fill the next 35 seconds of broadcast, and thats all that is needed to start the rolling of the snowball that will eventually hurt the career of a 20 year old boy. Slandering him across the pages, blogs, and tweets of the internet for an extra buck. It makes me sick. Then the FA will feel they have to "do something". This process makes me literally sick to my stomach. Why can't there just be a game, and a winner, leave the agenda's out of it. I am not saying it is an agenda against us or Balotelli, just the need of content to fill shows and articles.

Your talking shit mate, I love Mario to bits but it was a red all day long, he's still young and I think he will gradually stop doing things like this but it will take time.

I think Lescotts was clumsy and accidental.

Marios looked intentional for me.
I agree on both counts.

All we can hope for is that Webb says "I saw the incident" so nothing can be done about it.
