he will be banned and rightly so. lets be honest here, that was not natural movement, he's going forward and decided to go back with his left foot

I love how all the Dzeko fans are in here making sure Mario gets banned. Im off before I say something that gets me banned.

In the slow motion replay mario wasn't even looking where Parker was though?!?! His eyes were looking at the ball/sky!! He will get nailed though I feel and if he did mean it he's a silly boy!!

It looks un-natural if he is trying to avoid the player.
But if you see his actual movement, the foot comes down to thrust him onwards towards the ball in play. Ie Ballo wanted to keep going, not fall over.
As he makes contact, he lifts the foot and falls over.
If he would have hit the ground cleanly, his right foot would have thrust him up and onwards.

Slow motion doesn't really show this...

Doesn't matter though, the redtops need a headline in a slow news week...

it wasnt intentional

im the first to criticize a player if he does somethign stupid like that and i was critical of mario for the chest high challenge that got him sent off in the eufa cup last year

but this wasnt intentional, he was off balance and trying to find his footing....in that situation the leg action is like that...anyone who plays sport would recognise that when off balance you tend to try and put your foot/feet down quickly.

lescott couldnt do anything about his either.....its just forward motion, he cannt suddenly not have an arm!!!!

If he does get banned will it be for four games like Vinny, because he's bent sent off already or will it be a set number seeing as he didn't actually get sent off?
