You just can't pick one and avoid the other.

The ref saw Johnsons tackle, and dealt with it how he felt was right (when he clearly got it wrong). The ref never saw Balotelli's, so it won't be in his match report. That's the difference.

He'll get 3 games we get Fuck All of the FA. I personally think Parker did 3 bookable fouls himself, Gareth Barry was sent off for less v Liverpool. Redknapp is a fukkin media rimming bastard.

I can see this forum be full of cringy threads about how the FA is trying to stop City when Mario get suspended. He will get done 100%. I mean its so obvious and some people choose not to see for some weird reason

I haven't read all 5 pages but the graphics girl on our forums got a gif and its pretty conclusive. You can't complain about the inevitable ban he'll get for that.

Accidental for me. Looking at the ball and off balance. And he barely touched Parker. There was not a mark on his face. It's ok watching over and over in slow motion and making a judgement but it doesn't always show the true picture. I fully expect the FA to ban him though.

Yeah i think he meant to. Maybe not on his head (he wasn't looking).

Don't think the stamp actually connected with anything other than the pitch though. Not that this makes it ok. He'll get a ban. If it was a Spurs player we'd be saying same thing.

No coincidence that Sky keep replaying it in SLOW MOTION!

I reckon at normal speed it was merely momentum and the "stamp" was at worst accidental - and missed in any event!

Mario is one cool dude, but he could have been more vocal in his interrview (a bit like Micah's first interview maybe!)

It was a clear stamp and it was petulant and stupid. I have a feeling though that despite the oncoming Media frenzy we will get back up from Webb. Lescott's was dodgy as well. We had the luck today decisions wise.
