Sorry cookie but if he feels hard done by and has the right of appeal it really is up to him,or, in fact anyone to take that route if they feel the need to. The club nor anyone else should feel infallible and all their judgements are devine, and shouldn't be challenged. Back in the days when you appeared on a military charge, (252) when the O.C./ C.O dished out their punishment you were asked, do you have any redress of grievance or do you accept my punishment? The guy gets no let up from anybody. Refs, other players, fans (way to many of our own as well), pundits, journalists, endless. Gotta do his fuckin head in.

mick im sorry to say you sound senial, the guy brings everything on himself. but his off field antics mean nothing to me, if he performs on the pitch and gives 100% effort that is all that matters, which he doesnt. Tevez can have a poor game but still gives 100 % effort and chases down defenders, makes runs, tackles, brings other players in to play, doesnt sulk and strop.

I know what you're saying (bar senial)he can and does frustrate. As I previously posted it's the right to appeal decisions I'm primarily defending as this seems to be what has lit the touch paper on him, and the thread is about the tribunal.

he is not a very good footballer in my opinion, in your mario land then maybe he is. But the majority of city fans and pundits agree that he offers very little to city.

Some spoon started this thread as he got upset over Dzeko getting rightly criticised at the time and with Dzeko the criticism stays directly on him as a footballer on Balo though they hit him with every stick going.
Even Tevez when he fucked off didn't get it this bad and then a love fest when he came back.
Its poor form from a lot of our supporters on the criticism. If it was levelled at just his football then fine but some of the comments are borderline disgusting

Because defending someone taking the club to a tribunal after he missed 11 games due to suspension and his own stupid behaviour is a tad wrong.

Especially as he, the multi millionaire, was fined just 2 weeks wages.

Sorry mate but I put down why I thought everyone should have right of appeal. I know what you're saying it's more the right to appeal I'm defending, that seems to be causing the anger.

Obviously he has the right to appeal, but he shouldn't have.

These experts being SHearer and Hansen who roundly get criticised for knowing fuck all?

Well the exoerts that matter (Mancini, Prandelli, the bosses at PSG, Inter and Milan) all seem to think differently to you and Hansen.

I know which group I would rather side with.
