I'm considering taking a 'Balotelli in' banner to the game on Saturday, in recognition of all the free publicity he gets our club.

I'll be outside the main entrance if anyone wants to show their support.

Honest question - do you find this incident funny ?
Yes. Yes I do.

I reckon quite a few of us see past the media spin on it......as someone said it will all be forgotten about by now. As I said before familys fall out.

Whether Balotelli stays or not depends on the club and on who can afford his wages.

Like it or not........He may be here for some time.

Although I laughed when I first heard about it, I'm not so sure it's such a funny thing. For me, the greater good of our club comes before anything else. I'm more convinced than ever that the entire Mario/Mancini sideshow is nothing but detrimental to us both on the field and off.

I should be pleased as one thing's for sure ... it's another nail in Mancini's coffin regardless of what happens with Mario.

To be honest looking at the pictures Mario needs an award for keeping calm. Id have lost it and someones head would end up on the grass. But since it is Mario he gets no credit for having the composure of a meditating monk.

Mario has Just boarded private jet at Manchester Airport.

Some lad on twitter has just took a picture.

@MarkOpray

Goodbye Mario.

Just been to the airport, and can confirm Mario boarded that jet. It's a feckin joke wasting yet more money, on a private jet for this halfwit. What really grinds my gears though, is hiring Maverick and iceman as wingmen. I mean wtf seriously, I thought this guy could look after himself.

The outrage from some on here is tiresome - in the pro and anti Balo camps.

Was I the only one who saw the pics and had a giggle?

Drama and Manchester City have always gone hand in hand.

Understand that and following the club is a much less stressful experience ;-)

All i can say is thank god that neither of them had a ball - They could have been killed

We can but thank our lucky stars mate!

Honestly this is hilarious though. One for how everyone immediately jumped on Balotelli when I'm pretty sure if you showed those photos to anyone with no knowledge ofeither they'd say Mancini is the aggressor, and two for how blown out of propertion this probably already is. Two italians having handbags, hold the front page.

Edit: and funnier still, when I started typing this message before being interupted and finally finishing and hitting post, there has been nearly 40 pages added to this thread.

Though I completely agree with you here I find your obviously personal/emotional connection to Balotelli and willing to stand his cause no matter what happens ultimately pathetic.

Wouldn't say that, but keep dreaming. It might come true one day.
