Hand on heart I've never actually watched Mario and thought "fuck me this kids special".
That's because he isn't. People like and almost need him to be, but he isn't.
And Stoner, he didn't get verbally roasted! He got booed for daring to score against the Germans in the Euro's. Par for the course for a footballer.

He had the whole stadioum booing him every time he touched or even went near the ball. It was the second most noise the bd fans made all fucking night.

If you wanna either slag off or, at the very least, not back City players when they're getting shit from all corners then i presume you won't wanna cheer him when he bangs the winner in on Sunday. Come to think of it, i doubt you be arsed if untd won.

He plays for Man City. Get behind him.

Re: Balotelli

Strange that there are so many people getting on his back when he has played so little this,season.....some people listen to pundits/supposed specialists too much.

Next point is that he clearly gets treated different by refs than other players....the other night was a case in point where he was clearly barged off the ball and nothing was given whereas Garcia had git booked for a much less robust tackle in the first half.......that is wrong!

His first touch is usually exceptional, his link up play is as well....his speed of thought as well is better than most. He us good in the air, can beat a man, has an excellent shot on him, and his off the ball movement is very good...those calling him lazy haven't the slightest clue what they are talking about quite frankly.

He clearly has calmed down. His reaction the other night was completely understandable after a number of completely atrocious decisions against him...purely because it was balo.

He needs support, not his own fans against him.

He plays for himself.

He isn't arsed because he is a rag.

You only have to look at the number of times he slates anyone who remotely says anything against the rags or talks about media bias against City.

The biggest farce was in the victory parade threads were he blew his cover big time lol

I think Tuesdays match epitomised why so many fans are just fed up of him, in the space of 5 minutes he wasted a good chance by slipping over (wouldn't normally be bothered by it but he seems to slip an awful fucking lot) and when we really needed a goal with minutes left he faked injury or milked it for its worth while we were on the attack. He is a good player and only 22 which many forget but its his stupid antics which just get tiring, needless bookings, diving etc if his performances matched up to his perceived ability then these things would be more easily forgiveable but that hasn't happened the past 2 years.

I'd be happy with his ability matching his ego, some fight for the shirt and him staying on his feet in her honour.

agreed, he looks like all the shit he puts up with on the pitch has made him lose his spirit and he spends too much time looking at the pitch if not throwing himself on it, he reminds of a kid who thinks it just isn't fair and decides to not try and sulk until he gets his own way which will never happen. To me he looks like a player who doesn't enjoy playing but enjoys the strappings that come with being at the top of the game.

He's had loads of backers within the City fans but even those, like me, are beginning to give up on him and only Mario and his ego can sort it out, a good game and a couple of goals on Sunday could turn him around until the next time he gets a sulk on!
