Balotelli (continued)

I'm indifferent to Mario, he's a City player and I want him to do well, he's his own worst enemy at times whilst on other occasions he's the victim of bad press and if he stays i'll support him and if he goes then best of luck to him. As for his cameo appearance yesterday I thought he did well, he had a few shots from the edge of the box which we've been crying out for and the keeper spilled a couple and one ended up in the back of the net courtesy of Lopez.

WTF has happened to this thread? The first three pages were about Mario and the rest goes down as when bluemoon posters went to meltdown.

without being any better than Edin.
I'd say you're wrong on that one, and like GDM, I like both players as well.

I'd say your opinion on anything I post on the forum is about as interesting to me as a Kardashian tweeting.

Arrogance is for life and not just for christmas ... ;)

When he's arsed, defenders just cannot handle his physicality.

Within that sentence is the reason why I personally would not be starting him against Arsenal next week. I think Edin's overall performances in the last few weeks justify him starting ahead of Mario. If he was miles better yesterday then it's a view seemingly not many others share, but then Mario's performances seem to exist outside of the context of whatever match he's playing in. Against United I thought he was excellent first half, and Mancini thought he was wank.

-- Sun Jan 06, 2013 4:15 pm --

Have you and Didsbury Dave officially merged into one poster now where anything I say of one is immediately true of the other? Perhaps you really are sharing brain cells.

He likes you more than I do. It's a manifest fact.

I have a feeling Mario is going to come good again. I think he'll get more game time with Aguero being out. Just wait.. ;)

From what I read it was more about a failure to carry out instructions than the general quality of his play.

Cells? Being a bit generous there.
