I saw a photo of the penalty, taken at the point he struck the ball. What's amazing is he's actually looking to his left but striking the ball to his right. If you look at his face you would be 100% certain the ball would be kicked right, which is where the keeper went.
What's also amazing is the angle of the right foot and bowed right leg compared to the standing left leg. The angles are so wrong that it appears he has broken it and it makes you wince. Etraordinary.
Ive noticed he looks the opposite way hes going to put it a few times, worried a keeper will take a gamble on this and save it easily, unless he does it to make the keeper think hes going to put it that way, halts his run and sees the keeper move then has an easy task of placing it in one corner
