I read on sky sports that he has taken 10 penalties and not missed one in his professional career.

Honestly though, who would we compare him to? I have no idea. Who are the great penalty takers? I am certain that is one thing Balotelli will be remembered as.

Matthew Le Tissier converted from the spot 47 times on 48 attempts and is considered one of the greatest ever from the 12 yard spot.

He's still got a way to go yet has our Mario............

Shearer was a great penalty taker. Any stats on him?

I remember Frannie missing one for City in the 7-0 win against Burnley and I seem to recall he missed one for England too.

Talking of Balotelli and Joe Hart, the two of them spent an hour side by side after the game as they were randomly selected by UEFA for drug testing. At 2am, they were still locked in a room together. How awkward.

So, why was it awkward, seeing as they were having a friendly chat as they left the pitch? I imagine both of them were mightily relieved it wasn't Shrek they were sat with for an hour!
