Balotelli,Time to cash in?

Even after the stupid moments of Super Mario i have defended him to the hilt, he is pure class and only 21 years old! The last thing he did in a sky blue shirt says it all for me! How many other players in the world in that situation whilst off balance and being tackled from behind( he must've known no pen, we all did) would have the strength and skill to force his way through to play a 3 yard pass to Sergio? Messi/ Ronaldo? would they have done it? I'm not saying he's the best, he's not, but he could be in a couple of years!

Not even taking his performance against Germany into account!

Mario gets so much attention he cannot even fart without it being twisted into front page news. This is a challenge to his personality type and always will be. I believe he will always blow hot and cold because his play and personality are interlinked like few others BUT that is why many love him. I hope he survives the spotlight (unlike some others sadly) and thrives at City. He is great box office but a sensitive soul. He will raise the profile of the club and sell shirts but most of all he will demonstrate that City can develop and nurture talent.

Mario will be bigger than product Beckham.

But the difference is that Mario isn't arsed about the attention/media.Mario loves to entertain and also loves to give something back, even if it's just 10 minutes in a kids company. Beckham is just a media whore whose prime goal is product beckham

Mario will run for office in Italy, then bring world peace, then lead us all to a new world, free from war, crime and pain

What the fuck is going on here? How overboard are we going to go if he has another good game in the final?

I don't really think anybody can afford him, he would command a fee in excess of £50m. On ability alone he is one of the best, he has the potential to be the best when he hits his peak in five to seven years time.

We should keep him here until his best days are behind him and then let him fulfil his ambition and return to Italy for a nice fat transfer fee. As long as he sorts his noggin out!

Love the guy, be daft to sell him now imo.

Why cash in a product that hasn't peaked yet?

Next season is going to be interesting with Balo and how Mancini uses him.

No way he'll get in front of Aguero and the jury's still out when they play together.

No-one is going to offer the kind of cash we would now demand for Mario, certainly not after his performance against Germany.

IF we got offered £40mil+, which is highly unlikely, then I would take it, but it isn't going to happen.

They played well enough together at the swamp

Last season for Mario was an up and down one,for him,the team and the fans,he divided fans like no other player, while he can be a match winner and game changer he can also be a liability.

Before the tournament there were rumours we were open to offers with some on here saying we should take any £20 million offer that came along, now with his success at the Euros you could probably add another £10 million or more to that.

So do we sell, cash in while his stock is high?

Stick or twist,on whether the Euros will be the making of Mario and turn him into the top 3 player in the world Mancini always said he could be?
