Balotelli training ground bust up with Mancini

I don't think he's "persecuted", I think people on a footy forum slag him off unjustly because they see him in the papers a lot acting the fool.

You've just contradicted yourself there. If he's "acting the fool" then he's going to get slagged off justly. The examples are littered throughout this thread yet you're still just ignoring them. It's a bit like the boy who cried wolf. He has put shit shifts into training. He has been hauled off the field for not performing by Roberto. He has had blazing rows with Roberto. He has broken club curfews and been photographed coming out strip clubs in Liverpool. Maybe him and Roberto didn't have a fight yesterday, but are you really that surprised that some people suspect he may have done and the papers have written about it?

If you want Silva or Dzeko or Aguero to be treated the same as Balo, write me a list of their indiscretions which would draw such attention to them.

When Mario starts doing it on the pitch again, he can be forgiven for his petulance but until then he is open to criticism.
For what in this instance? For nearly not being late!

I wasnt talking about one isolated incident.

What people ? The pictures of him refusing to move for the boss look pretty real to me bud.
NOBODY CAN MOVE IN A PHOTOGRAPH!!

Well fuck me sherlock where have you been all my life.

Listen folks if you wanna kid yourselves that all is fine by having a 25mil striker more interested in messing around fine, but i don't.

Your splitting hairs over this, the guy has been nowhere near good enough imo.

The guy says he is only bettered by Messi, so lets bloody see it eh instead of him crashing interviews, throwing his toys out when his team mates give him some stick for messing a move up or disobeying club orders.

He is not a baby anymore, he earns big boy wages he needs to act like one.

The only news about Balo is always bad and if it is good it has nothing to do with footy e.g. giving homeless people money.

The press lied about him setting fireworks of indoors and breaking club rules by going to a strip club did they ?
The press are no angels but you can't just say they always lie because they simply don't.
They will push it like that Dan Roan but thats, the press they have always done this. Sometimes they do lie but not how some make out on here.

The press will have a go at most players if they give them ammo and Balo gives them plenty.

Edit: Just read some more bollocks, redmizzle i suggest you give people more credit or does the press make us see things that are not there ? Did i imagine him attempting to stamp on parker did i imagine him crashing a press conference with inter ?

Some of you are pathetic individuals "the press the press it's the press" grow up and act like an adult ffs.

@stonerblue,

I said i did not see dougs report in the first place didn't i wtf is your reply going on about ?

Either way he was not sent to the naughty corner for doing well was he ? or maybe it's the press messing with my mind
.

The 1st bit of my post was a dig at the article's sensationalist rubbish (Balotelli was not 'rescued' from his house)
And the 2nd bit was about me believing an eye witness report from 2 different people rather than a plastic rag journo.

Aye sorry bro, i had just woke, i should stay away from the keyboard until at least 2 coffee's worth of time xD

I did a thread a while ago basically asking what makes Balotelli so special, it was after the BBC program on it when they were saying he could be the best player in the world etc...but I really havent seen anything in him that made him 'extra special'.

When you put all of his behaviour on top of this then the only solution is to sell him to Milan, its too much hard work having him here, people jumping through hoops to make him comfortable all the time for him to just throw it back in their face. It has happened too many times over the course of a couple of years, he isnt changing.

Get rid of Tevez, Balotelli and Dzeko. Keep Aguero, keep Guidetti and give him a chance next season, get RVP in if possible and Higuain from Madrid.

I fully accept that he can't be good every game, nobody can. He could focus more though.

Silva has not been banned for petulant attempted stamps or been breaking club rules regarding going out before a game until the early hours just as a start.
He trains hard and stays out of trouble.
That is all we want of balo, wouldn't mind the theatrics if he was doing more on the pitch though or just showed signs of trying to better himself.

Do you think he has come on at all and if so can you tell me what has shown you this ?.

I want to be a Balo lover again but i am not seeing anything to help change my mind mate, that's the long and short of it.
I don't get any grim pleasure being fustrated with him i can assure you that.

I don't think you'll find many people disagreeing that Balotelli can do much better with his performances and do it more consistently. Even Mancini who is arguably his biggest fan says so all the time. I'm however not going to go into a rage because he's not the finished article NOW.

He broke a club rule, he was punished for it, he accepted it and even said in an interview he understands why. We move on. Adam Johnson and Gareth Barry have both been caught drinking when they're not supposed to be doing so, we've moved on from that as well. You make too much of his ''theatrics'' and the role of the scum media in the ''character Balotelli'' cannot be ignored or underestimated.

You don't think he's come on at all this season compared to last season? Seriously? At all? In any way? I don't think I can get into that at the moment as I don't have much time but I suggest you read Damocles post a few pages back and you might get some answers to that particular question.

As for the Parker incident, I'm not having that he did anything that lots of other players don't do (obviously not the exact same thing, before some smartass points that out) and get away with all the time without the media witch hunt. I'm more annoyed with that than the incident itself tbh.

No worries mate. My posts tend to make little sense, even too me, before i've had 3 pints and a joint.

Isn't that what the thread is about though or are you just putting the boot in for the hell of it ?

Well i thought he was, it kinda seemed to be one step forward 2 back though.
Lately it has been 2 and a half steps back.
I am not seeing this progression bud, i'm looking for it in my head but i can't think of to many pluses besides the 1-6.

@stonerblue, lol a morning smoke puts me out for the day.

So I am not allowed to talk about Balotelli outside of this one incident?
