to be honest if wat ssn are saying is true.

then we must be pretty confident over balotelli with only loose ends to tye up!

cant see us gambling like this just to get milner and miss out on him!!

just my opinion!!

I've got a feeling the Mario deal is done and concluded, they just are keeping it tight lipped and as a result the media's "sources" don't have anything to break. No breaking news is not a good thing for the media, so they spin it as City putting the Mario deal on the back burner until Milner is done.
hope so chaps!! agree i dont think we are that stupid to leave him on the back burner! dont think he would be too happy bout that either.

Also, if Mario is flying to the States to meet up with either City or Inter, it most likely is not the easiest for the media to try and get a hold of him at this time, and who knows where his agent is. And we all know trying to get a hold any member of City management at this point in the window is like trying to catch a ghost. Like I said, if the media has no breaking news, it's not a good thing for them, so they are going to spin things to try and make it look breaking. I'm fully confident this deal is already done.

to be honest that sounds about right! they have to come up with some sort of story if they havnt got one! but hopefully ur right cause i think he will be a awesome player for us if he settles well. wiht the storys about him he seems the type of person that needs to feel loved at the club! if we get behind like i'm sure the fans will he will be a success!!

I posted this morning that it was City holding the deal up. Therefore I am now ITK. Worship me.

For what purpose? I hope we're not changing our minds and going for Torres insteady.

he beat that amish woman dead easy 4.49

It sounds like everything is agreed in principle, City just need to put the papers in front of Balotelli and sign the cheque to Inter. Everyone seems to be calm about the situation except Balotelli's agent, who's no doubt desperate to get his cut.

It's probably just general logistics holding things up for a day or two and as you say Pam, I hope there's nothing more sinister to why we're holding things up as I'd be more excited at the prospect of Balotelli for the next 5 years than even the likes of Torres.
