Correct. It's very similar to the Zlatan situation to last summer with Inter. He flew to the States, but not with the team. I fully expect they are waiting for Mario to meet up with the boys and Roberto then they will announce the deal officially. IMO, the deal is done, and has been for days.

That I don't know. But he did not train with them the last couple of days Inter was in Italy. In fact, according to the same Italian press, he left training in Italy several hours earlier one day, then did not train with them again before they left for the States.

PHILADELPHIA - During the second daily training session at Novacare Center in Philadelphia Inter has been divided in two groups and Mario Balotelli, Jonathan Biabiany, Amantino Mancini, Nelson Rivas, Davide Santon and David Suazo have been doing custum session in the gym.
