Set the asking price high, why not? Because then the middle ground is higher if an agreement can be reached. Set his price at £20million and AC will go for £10million. I think this will end in an anti-climax anyway and no agreement will be reached this January... just like Tevez.

£31mil seems a reasonable starting point. If we can get £25mil then we'll have done well.
Worth bearing in mind that we are capable of accepting shite payment terms from AC - paid over 5 years at £5mil per year won't be a big problem to us.
This deal will happen in Jan, I'm sure of it.

I can't see it happening unless its on loan, Milan are plotless. But if we get 20m euros we will of done unbelievably well.

6 month loan and a £25m set fee for the summer I can see happening.
Will be sad to see him go as I am a very firm believer he can be a top player for us but he needs an extended run of games in the team to see the best of him like most players need and with our four strikers that just can't happen.
