Balotelli's agent.

Maybe he should have a word with his client then and tell him that stamping on an opponents head usually results in being banned.
Neither Balotelli or his agent have anything to be annoyed about.

Webb looked directly at the action. Saw nothing untoward. End of. The agent is right. Webb wants another Cup Final somewhere, same as Crappenberg did with Ade a season back. They lie through their teeth. The agent is right. Bloody cowards and shysters.

Have you ever considered for a second that maybe it was accidental?
Nothing to be annoyed about? When Harry Redknapp comes out with comments like he's done it before. When other players do worse and get away with it. You seriously think they have nothing to be annoyed about?

This needs to be addressed. We should definitely get our Lawyers onto this one...

+1; absolutely right mate, didnt he say "he does it all the time"? Considering where rednapp is this week I find this shocking

The methodology employed by the FA is one that would have Kafka turning in his grave. Gone is the principle of innocent until proven guilty, replaced by guilty as charged and if you challenge or defend yourself we will hammer you.
I have down the years witnessed many miscarriages and you do become innured to the rulings of the various bodies in charge but enough is enough.
Fight now and I am sure that City have the resourses to take it all the way. Who would have thought that Bosman would win years ago?
Finally I heard Andy Gray, a man that had a 20 year career analysing slow motion replays, say that any such replay can make any tackle look bad from differing angles. He pointed out that the only film that should be used is "real time" in any judgemental situation.

Re: He's Coming To Take Him Away

Whilst his agent does seem to have an agenda, in that he is always in the media trying to move Mario on, I agree with most of what he said.

"The referee saw everything, because he spoke to Mario after the action....
"The TV images show that he is really close to the action, how can he say he didn't see it? What was he doing? He says he didn't see it, only to defend himself."

If the referee did see it though, can the F.A. override this?

I think I have answered my own question actually, because the F.A. have over-ridden it!!!

Mario Balotelli's agent has revealed that he would be prepared to take the striker away from Manchester City if he thought he was being persecuted against.

Ballotelli is facing a four-match ban after being hit with a Football Association charge of violent conduct following an apparent stamp on Tottenham's Scott Parker in Sunday's 3-2 win.

And the Italian's agent, Mino Raiola, feels that there is a conspiracy against the forward.

He told Italian radio station Radio Radio: "Mario can't be banned for four games.

"He wasn't balanced and there was also a push from Modric.
Something strange

"It is not an intentional foul because Mario doesn't want to hurt anyone, he didn't see Parker, that's all.

"I want to be balanced but I'm worried because when English players are involved in more serious things, nothing happens, whereas when foreigners are involved, such as Balotelli or Kompany, they were treated harder.

"If I find that there is something strange against Balotelli, my duty is to protect and then take him away.

"In this case I would speak with City, I'd ask them Balotelli's price and would look for the best team for him, as there are only six or seven teams he can play for.

"I talked to Mario who said he is happy to stay in England, but he does not understand certain things and they sadden him."
Banned for life

Raiola also launched a scathing attack on referee Howard Webb, accusing him of lying to protect his own reputation.

He added: "The referee saw everything, because he spoke to Mario after the action.

"So in my opinion, this referee must be banned for life because he didn't tell the truth.

"The TV images show that he is really close to the action, how can he say he didn't see it?

"What was he doing? He says he didn't see it, only to defend himself."

He did say tho it wouldn't until be at least after 2013 but hey dont let the facts spoil it.

Balo won't go, this will blow over, he'll be a hero when we win the PL title and he Balo forget this.

What is more concerning is that Balo's agent is about to make this very ugly and is kind of calling the FA and their referees in front of their faces cheats, liars and hypocrites.

Bit worried now as we won't be out of the media sh*t storm for a while!

he's not fucking wrong though is he!?

throw in the media with that as well.

He's Coming To Take Him Away

this threat might work in our favour, say what you want about mario but he's box office and the thought of him plying his trade elsewhere might mean certain interested parties begin to apply a little pressure

in seasons to come the written media, FA, and tv companies have a lot to benefit from mario bring around, not least financially
