You thought there were less than 4600 on the cup scheme?

On just over that myself, I'm gonna be in Barca with the thousands of other ticketless blues, everyone just head for a certain area and i'm sure we'll have almost as much fun as those that are lucky enough to be in there. Not too sure about doing the home end cos i know i wouldn't contain myself if either team score (i.e go mental if we score or upset in they score haha)simon12 said:I've got 8070. The points system is fine by me. I've not got a ticket but I am going. The home end will do me.

Lucky for the guy without enough points, as I've more points, and didn't get a ticket, a TC trip for me isn't practical as I live 3 hours from Manchester, plus I wanted 2 nights out there.Stroke the Goat said:xmusampa said:I applied for Thomas Cook trip but haven't got 9000 points so guess I won't be going but haven't heard anything concrete.wonder if we say got on led in first leg whether that would make any difference to uptakedroylsdenblue said:Did anyone get on the Thomas Cook trip with less than 9000 points?
After thinking we missed out, we got confirmation today from Thomas Cook that we're on the trip with tickets!!! Get in!! 3 of us had 9500 plus points and one 8800!! All of us got tickets. Thomas Cook have separate allocation.

Still going, confident I'll be in the stadium.

I considered it, but at 5500 points kind of worked out I'd have no chance. However, I still believe that the club should have some responsibility for providing more accurate information for those on the cup schemes.
Once the cup schemes are closed, the club knows exactly how many are signed up. So as soon as the Barca game was drawn for example, they could say 'based on an allocation of 4500 this could potentially sell out at 9000 points'. If anyone took a chance after that, then that's their look out.
Assuming we make the final which we will, C'mon City, I guess there will be an allocation of about 12,000 if we're lucky. Again It would be a great help if the club said 'we have 18,000 members (my guess no inside info) on the Euro cup scheme and we expect this to sell out at 7000 points. This would help prevent every Tom, Dick & Harry like me start re-mortgaging the house to try and make arrangements.
Anyways, good luck to all those out there without tickets. Great place to be on the lash after a famous City win!
