All about mentality this one. They need to stop fannying around messi treating like the messiah and stick the tackles in. If we go 3-5-2 I'd be tempted to ask fern to sit in his pocket.
 
we usually get a defender sent off so i am going for a double whammy Zabs and Vinny off in the 1st twenty minutes Messi scores 5 in a 6-0 win and Suarez has a shit in the centre circle before he leaves the pitch and gets man of the match

Seeing as they're missing Iniesta we could cut off their supply lines by playing Fernando and Dinho as man markers on Messi and Neymar with a Gundogan-Silva-De Bruyne middle 3 supporting Sergio and Nacho/Sterling up front, middle 3 would be capable of harrying Rakitic and Busquets out of the match and getting good service in and then it's down to how we support our back 3 against their counters.

The entirety of the match was played out in Granada's end, to ignore that suggests you're simply having a laugh - fine. Can't ignore the match stats though, it was 7 shots by Barcelona not one

2 chances. The entirety of the match was played in Granada's end because that suited them, don't try to pretend differently.

yup, if we try to attack and go toe to toe, think MSN will rip us apart because of the all the space they would be getting. But Pep doesn't do cautious so.... hoping for the best and fearing the worst.
 
It has been annoying me for the last few weeks but Not sure what all this mutual praise and arse kissing towards Barca is all about. Aguero and Pep in the press in particular. Think we've been guilty of too much respect in this case, esp before the Nou Camp game, as if were beaten already. It's 11v11 and they should leave the praise in house and get on with trying to beat them imo

Respect pre-match is what good managers do,we are not the rag gobby twats who get all negative,once the match starts that ends

You're right mate, we should try and get a couple of players suspended, talk about the money they've spent, link them to Basque terrorism and hound Enrique with press. Then, when they come into the match fired up and win, we can blame the referee for not giving a penalty for an illegal throw in and call it a 'false result'.

If we are going to play 4 at the back i would play Maffeo at right back....fernado acquitted himself reasonably well vs west brom but he was caught out a couple of times in the second half positionally. You cant make that mistake against the likes of Neymar et al....he would get crucified ......

If we are going for a back 3 i could then it has to be vinnie ottomendi and stones....btu who to play as the wide players.......sterling and nolito would be my picks
