Tebas is also the European Leagues representative at UEFA. Imagine how that vote went. Everyone probably voted in favour, apart from City and PSG.

So if he's there to represent the views of all the European leagues, why is he complaining to UEFA about the PL? "LaLiga president Javier Tebas will report the Premier League to UEFA for 'unsustainable spending' and causing 'transfer inflation'". (Daily Mail, 10 Sept. 2022). This is at the same time that THREE Spanish clubs are reported to have debts of around €1bn.
