It never comes out that a player has failed a medical as i assume it basically kills their career in many ways. I do not know for sure ofc but i would not put money against it being he failed said medical.

What is his injury record like?

Edit: Just seen he is out atm with a hamstring issue atm at any rate.

From what I've heard of him and his shenanigans around Liverpool, I would expect that if he failed his medical it wouldnt be because of an injury... if you know what I mean
