Bayern Munich (Friendly) | Post Match Thread

Are you saying they should be punished for not being fully vaccinated?

If so why? Odd thing to say in my humble opinion mate

Not saying they should be punished. Saying it's their right to choose not to be vaccinated and as such that will have knock on effects.

By not being vaccinated they missed out on going with the rest of the team on preseason. If for example a player broke their toe on a night out and missed preseason, that player would be playing catch up. Same with these guys. They drop down the pecking order.

IT'S Haaland. That's "H-A-A-L-A-N-D". One of the most famous names in the football world right now.
So I made a spelling mistake when I’d had a few alcoholic beverages.

Whoop de fucking doo.

Do you pay so much attention to all posts on here?

Bet you feel so much better pointing out a small mistake.

Great pictures, and as has been pointed out, there's a marked difference between these last two games and the 2019 tour, in terms of supporter levels. Did Bayern have any significant support? It feels as if they were merely there to make up the numbers, rather than raise their profile.

United and Liverpool must be watching this wondering how on earth they allowed this to happen, and what can they do to stop this City juggernaut, which should probably be likened more to an oil supertanker.

As well they shouldn't. Taking care of their bodies is part of their job description. If they showed up to preseason overweight with a series of muscle tears waiting to happen having completely disregarded sports science and nutrition, they'd be out of the first 11 for a good while.

Why is it acceptable for these players to disregard medical science whilst if they were to do the same with sports science would be rightfully criticized?

Yeah yeah bodily autonomy and choice... It's their right to drop right down the pecking order too.
Have City said anything about Stones’s and Foden’s absence being anything to do with vaccination or are people just assuming that that is what it is?

As for Gundog he has had at least one jab but then got Covid just before his next one was due and, as I can testify as it happened to me, you have to wait for at least 6/8 weeks before you can have the next one.

Let’s not be jumping to conclusions please?
