Bayern Munich (H) - CL QF | Post Match Thread

Bayern will attack from the first minute next week which will leave gaps at the back for us to exploit. And I can't see their keeper having as good a game, so I wouldn't be surprised if we go there and beat them. I'm confident we'll score at least one goal.

We cannot afford to take the game too lightly and relax at all but with a three goal cushion it makes going there a lot easier than it could have been.
Getting beat 3-0 in the first Leg for them is a disaster.

They have no choice to go for it now.

I think it will be a high scoring game. Wouldn't surprise me if it finishes 3-3,4-4,we will hit them on the counter.

I dont see them making up the 3-0 deficit.

They are a good side, but so are we.I think we are also much wiser now.Our time is coming.

True but I would also add a note of caution, they have the players that could pull off an incredible comeback, we will still have to be at our best to win the tie.

I thought it was a lot closer than the scoreline would suggest.

We need to be at it next game
Thank you! I was there tonight and it was nerve wracking... Thought we were clinging on a bit in the first 60 minutes, with them outplaying us for some periods. We owe the result to Rodders who opened it up with that beautiful goal on his weaker foot. Yes, we missed some chances but they had plenty of shots on goal which Eddie struggled with
