BBC licence fee

I always had a licence while living in the UK but not sure if I needed one as I did watch live TV but not from the UK. Did I actually need to pay the fee (just out of interest)?

Couldn't give a toss if the fund supports the Welsh language. The language they seem to only use in North Wales to make it difficult for English.

Of course I'll think i'm "100% right", because it's my opinion. One that, in an era of streaming services, the concept of a licence fee is archaic and the BBC should adopt a subscription strategy. You're the one trying to convince me otherwise and failed to do so, unprompted or asked.

It's not about being 'right', it's my opinion, one I believe to be correct. I'm not the one passing about assumptions of 'not wanting to pay taxes for schools and services' just because I disagree with others about paying a licence fee for a broadcaster I don't find any personal use for.

I'm calling this post out. I tried finding tight arse but not one search engine brought it up. It simply does not exist.

Mind you the dead hamster site gave me loads of vids called tight arse, I'll give them a try and see if they are any good..
