At the same time I feel ISIS r dragging names into this mess intentionally. Probably overthinking it significantly. A local German bobby probably sighted someone in a park under circs that didnt look right given what had just happened and with the physical appearance of a possible suspect in these terrorists attacks, and made an honest arrest. Probably as straightforward as that

And then documents of the real suspect suddenly appear of the real suspect ... Right under the seat where he was driving. Pretty convenient.
Whole thing does seem a bit odd to me.
