Beans in a ramekin

Whip the egg onto a piece of toast/fried bread, break the cooked but runny yolk (not possible with scrambled eggs) and cut/mop into bean juice.
 
I can take ‘em or leave ‘em. Been relaxing into life more the last few years, but given a choice, I’d rather keep them separate.

A random beanami of juice can really spoil the structural integrity of fried bread…
