I'm in Skipton for the week on a training course and have to say this place is spot on. I might fetch citymrs28 for a weekend soon.
Anywhere else to recommend?

Hailing from down t'road I've had many a night out in Skipton, it's a fine Yorkie town but can be dog rough on a weekend when the farmer boys go out

I used to pass through Arundel and Amberley on my way to and from work and always wanted to stop and have a look around. Very pretty towns.
