Bellamy on Mancini and Robinho

was going to get it until I saw the words "written and adapted by Oliver Holt" - the horriblest, smarmiest cnut in journalism

A little bit of 'pot and kettle' where Bellamy and Elano are concerned.

Elano was brilliant for us under Sven but his face didn't fit under Hughes and he found himself isolated. Of all the players we've sold in recent years, he was the one I most regretted seeing leave. Imagine his passing ability alongside some of the players that have arrived since.

Bellamy was the flavour of the month when Hughes was around but didn't see eye to eye with Mancini. Under Hughes, he gave us some great days. When Hughes left, he re-discovered his talent for starting an argument in an empty room and got shipped out to avoid the disruption.

Robinho - one of the biggest talents and one of the smallest hearts ever seen in a City shirt.

Elano was overall dogshit for us. I remember hoping he would be sold immediately after Sven left. He was excellent for half of his first season then poor for the rest of his time here, apart from the Quarter final against Hamburg.

In terms of work rate and commitment its hard to think of worse players than these two.

Pretty much spot on.

You should all read, if you haven't already, the extract about the Riise/golf club incident. Bellamy comes across as the knob he is depicted to be in that situation.

As for Mancini/Bellamy, he basically says in that article that he told Moyes to deck him.

One thing for sure..there will be no bullshit in this book

Love him or Loathe him..Bellers has always told it like it is

From his point of view, which doesn't mean he's automatically right. I loved him when he was here, he always gave 100% but he comes across as a bit of a twat.

Agree totally, always wears his heart on his sleeve, but lets face it, in the eyes of most footballers the manager is the Messiah if he plays you every week, and the biggest twat going if he doesn't, and Bellamy strikes me as that sort of player, he thought Mark Hughes was a great manager so I'm not sure I'd rate his judgement that highly!

Bellamy has always been a dickhead and that is why he is a journeyman with so many clubs. It is not surprising he chose to blame the Brazilians because he knows people will lap it up and take him at face value.

Robinho had skill and Bellamy had effort but neither were up to the level because of their own flaws. Tevez is the only recent player with skill and effort in equal measure even Aguero, Yaya and Silva have been lazy at times.

We've moved on since the likes of Bellamy ( and Robinho). Some of you lot need to do the same. Bellamy was an arse-wipe who caused problems wherever he went, including City. Mancini had a lot of faults , but he saw through this no-mark straight away. I'll never forget the grinning numpty gladhanding Harry Redknapp after we'd lost at home to Spurs, denying us 4th place . Fresh as a daisy under Hughes, sicknote under Mancini. Like I say , move on.....but if you're daft enough to waste money on his ghost -written shite, go ahead.

And before the Bellamy apologists jump down my throat, I was at Old Trafford when he single-handedly ripped the shite out of Ferdinand. Shame he was a twat.

I liked Bellamy, Great attitude and did well for us.
The establishment doesn't stand a chance with rebels like you

Mouthy ****, decent player, fell out with just about every manager he played for apart from Hughesless. Is he trying to sell a book by any chance?
