I know he did more than run around :)

I was just making a point... not particularly about Craig, who did well enough on the pitch for us. It's all very well saying, fans are idiots for criticising players who take the a different side... but fans are idiots in every direction imaginable.

Are not allowed to point out, that as a rule, players do not dictate their own training sessions? Imagine if one of the Brazillians had insisted on that. That's kind of what I'm getting at.
It wasn't his head dictating the sessions though, it was his legs. He just couldn't cope with that, and even the physio agreed at the time (not that clown who posted shit on his twitter I should add).

At the end of the day, Bellamy put in some top not performances last season (I'll admit, he had a few bad ones as well), and then he was cast aside for no real reason. Of course he's bitter, anyone would be in that situation.

Richards suffers with knee problems as well similar to Bellers but he got his head down and trained like the rest, regardless of the age difference because no matter what age you are serious knee problems are a woman no matter what age, and I know Bellers played better than Richards but still surely if some one like Richards can soldier through it surely a tough nut like Bellers could as well??? That's my opinion anyway. And tbf our physio's couldn't tell the difference from a broken leg to a pulled muscle.

From all the training reports we have had Bellers was usually the best trainer out there and showing the example for others to follow.Micah's training ethic however is far from ideal.

All Bellamy did was ensure he didn't over train and also do the things that enhanced his fitness and didn't threaten it. Hughes and co knew that was common sense and the right way to go and so eventually did Mancini.

If by that you mean Richards went through the motions of training without putting himself out, then yeah, I suppose...

Bellamy was one of the best trainers in training, but because of his problem (similar problems are not the same problems, Richards could affect him at completely different intervals) could not do a double training session or the suchlike.
regardless of the age difference because no matter what age you are serious knee problems are a woman no matter what age,
Except the longer you have them, the worse they become...

Bellamy covered more grass in training than anyone else. Regular watchers and other pro's have commented on Richards' lack of effort in training.
That's my opinion anyway.
Based on what?
And tbf our physio's couldn't tell the difference from a broken leg to a pulled muscle.
Again, based on what?

Fair comments, I can understand Bellers being a hard trainer his work efforts are the best money can buy am not faulting the guy for that, and yeah the longer you have an occurring injury the worse I agree, I understand Richards has had his knee problems since he was 17 whether that's a growth problem I don't know, Bellers has had trouble since he was 28 if am right?? But my guesses its the opposite of Richards and its more of a ageing problem. My opinions are just based of little knowledge that's why I said its my opinion and not trying to make it out like I'm stating facts, like if I was to say Tevez is better player then Drogba it mite not be entirely true but because I watch Tevez week in week out oppose to Drogba its my opinion. As for our physio's countless amount of times they've told Mancini certain players will be back such and such a date or they have such an such an injury then Mancini has had to retract his comments few weeks later and said players have had an extended/reduced comeback date or a different type of injury then suspected at first, injuries during training as well are a downfall surely its the physio's job to ensure each player are 100% during every training session??? That's just what I think anyway.

Dave, most people on here recognise that he is still a very good footballer and recognise that he played well for us. He isn't public enemy number one simply because he no longer plays for us but because he couldn't keep his mouth shut and work with the manager and that in turn has seen a valuable player have to leave the club. If you honestly think that people are annoyed at him just because he is no longer at the club and not because of the things he has said and done then perhaps it is you who is stupid because you just dismiss opinions that differ from yours and do not make an effort to understand why people have that opinion.

Mate, because of the reasonable replies by you and Auction, I'm going to go on another PCand listen to the interview now. I'll comment after.

I didn't think the interview he did the other night was completely terrible, you will probably listen to it and think it is fair enough because generally you seem to see his point of view and think it is ok for him to discuss it publicly. Personally, my view is that he is still being paid by the club and should have just left it. He didn't need to do that interview and it certainly wasn't a positive interview in terms of City and it was very one sided but I suppose that was tyo be expected. I also didn't like some of the stuff he said prior to leaving. I understand his frustrations but I don't think any City players should take top dollar from the club but simultaneously and deliberately give the club negative press. Let's be honest if most of us went to the press and bad mouthed our firms and bosses we would be in deep shit, I'm not sure why it surprised Bellamy that the same applied to him. Fortunately for him the club are still providing him with the life of Riley despite his indiscretions.

He belongs in the Championship, but we'll have to do something about those wages.

He is collecting a fat pay-check and playing at home living with his family. Shut up because you don't even deserve all that

Once again DD, BM115 and NLF are spot on.

This is the only place you'll hear 'City fans' slagging Bellamy off, although we know most on here don't go anyway.

The fans that are slagging him off, please don't go to a game, you will make a fool of yourself.

fans aren't entitled to an opinion of a team they've supported the majority of their life over a player that was at City for 2 years then?

you're wrong about that, but, it's your answer to everything, so, what's the point in arguing with you?
