We tore Leicester apart, chillwell was left isolated v mahrez because of kev movement, doesn't mean he's a bad LB I'm sure he would do well for us, but if mendy carries on his progression we won't need him

The thing is with all these defenders in the numerous threads we have all look decent when they are shielded by defence minded midfields, the way we play we need defenders who can defend when exposed because our style of play dictates we leave ourselves open, walker has the pace to get himself out of shit, Laporte is a Rolls Royce of a player enough said and Mendy if he can get back to his old self (showing signs) leaves us a centre half short of having a top notch defence. Now who do we go and get?

Haven't been many worse, having said that I'm starting to see flashes of the old Mendy.....let's hope for the best

It's not one game. He's pedestrian. Not in Mendy's class. Mendy is recovering. Whether he will get back to the level he was at before he was injured we will have to wait and see but one of the best things about this last month has been his recovery. He's put several strong games together back to back
