Thought he started well but tired very early on can't blame him he got no help and trying to deal with bernando and walker. Albrighton give Riccardo much more assistance freeing him up to play a much more expansive game.

I saw the statement, but i think Pep's post match reaction possibly suggests otherwise.

Especially given we are in dire need of a decent left back.
Hence the statement we aren't interested :)

The brief was that Zinchenko has done enough to be given a chance next season which I would agree with, and we weren't giving up on Mendy, but reading between the lines it seemed more as if the powers that be feel as though there are bigger priorities at the minute, and another £50m on a full back wouldn't be best use of the resources. I would rather use that money on providing Fernandinho some proper help/competition. Gundo has done well in recent weeks, but he can't replace Fernandinho perfectly and might be off to Bayern anyway.

We'll see who we bring in, but if Chilwell wasn't English I'm not convinced we would be being linked with him.

Tidy player but he had a lot of help with his defending, I worry how he would play in our set up with him having no back up when the attack goes down his side attacking wise not seen anything outstanding when he attacks.

We already have one, and his name is Zinchenko. If he was english everyone would rate him higher than Chilwell
Zinchenko ha sbeen great this season and has proven me wrong because I didn't rate him but he was terrible last night
