Which part? University fees don't need paying back until you start earning £21k per year. Therefore free at the point of use and until you can afford to pay them back. It was brought in by labour.

It's ok saying 'go get a job' etc but is is statistically one of the poorest places in the UK, it also isn't quite as easy as that if you have been brought up in that sort of environment, luckily when I was made redundant after completing my apprenticeship I had the get up and go about myself after seeing my parents work 6 days a week all my life so didn't stop until I was employed 2 months later, I can't find it in myself to blame these people entirely as a lot of them have had no role model so too speak, sad really as when they have kids they will see the same thing and act accordingly.

He isn't actually an MP he stood for election for the Tory boys twice in the eighties. However any twat who rents out a house in which the tenants children sleep in their clothes because it's that cold because the heating ain't working needs outing especially if he had aspirations of becoming a law maker.

Add to that he somehow is blaming the tenants for the damp in his property and was mates with Maggie he seems like a right kunt. Shitehawk landlords like him need a good slap.
