I think Delph is a better defender than Mendy, and if he was fit, there'd be no place for Sane.
Not been a good signing for me.
He's not a tidy footballer, which leaves him prone to getting hurt.

I can’t help but feel we’re in need of another full back overhaul, so soon after attempting to overhaul it. They are all woefully unreliable. Left back is a joke in our team and Kyle Walker is now redressing that balance on the other side. Danilo might be our best full back if he wasn’t permanently injured.

Maybe, maybe not. It is too soon to write the guy off as not being good enough but what he has given us so far imo, Pep has a lot of work to do with him defensively

It is a coincidence. Not many have been down to Delph(Watford yes). Pens stupidly given away by Ederson down Walker's side. Walker at fault for Chelsea's first goal. Walker on Saturday and a wonder goal. We kept a clean sheet at Spurs with Mendy playing horrendously but luckily Spurs were wasteful. Hopefully we'll finally buy a decent left back next summer as Mendy is injury prone and unproven for us at best.

I think last week he was with pogba and tweeted the only trophy he hasn't won is jug ears,as if he won anything else he plays so little
