Do you agree because of ability, sickness, pissing Pep off or all of them?

How much for?
Im probably totally wrong but I have often wondered if his antics in the dressing room e.g. playing the clown etc has had an adverse effect on the players in that they have become too jovial and lost some focus??All. I was bored of his social media shit when he wasn't playing and found it a little embarrassing his parading with all the trophies he had little to no part in.
He's played what, not even 20 games for us?
Defensively, I don't feel he's a £50 million defender. He's also missed a large part of his development this last year and half.
That's the problem, not unique as many clubs will have similar stories, but something to be consideredIf we ship him off, then surely it will be loan... can't see anyone paying big fee for him given his dreadful injury record.
I would think we would be doing well only to lose that amount considering how many months on the sidelines he has hadProbably a loan with a view to a shite fee knowing us. If someone were to buy, and we were to sell, we'd lose at least £15-20 million on him.

If he could become much more reliable fitness wise and learn to defend a lot better, we would have a beast on our books. I just don't think he has the mental fortitude to learn new skills now - lets hope he proves me wrong and we get the Zabba on the leftI really felt like he was starting to get to grips with the system and thus looking more solid defensively, it's easy to look suspect when you're having to think harder than the rest of the team about everything, while you bring yourself up to speed. The trouble is because the injury came just as he was starting to look comfortable, it might be like starting the season again for him when he does come back, I hope not because people are already going cold on him but it was that long ago.
I'm confident he will be more than good enough to be our first choice personally but I do wonder if he loves himself too much to be a Zabba type legend for the club, who went above and beyond for the shirt. That takes time for some players, to take the club to heart like that, maybe that will happen naturally the longer he stays.
