Sign Ghoulam from Napoli in January. Let's face it Napoli won't win the league, not with Reina in goal.

He is free in the summer and Napoli would probably ask for £10-15m max in January.

I'm sorry to say but Mendy had injury issues in the past. Gundogan also did but at least he was cheap. Bad planning IMO especially not getting a back up. Delph is probably the best option but even he has injury problems.

Pep's quote about signing a new left back and Mendy still being out in January starts with a big IF. There's no point getting too carried away for the time being.

The fact he even said it didn't make things sound too promising though. Hope for good news but not holding my breath

We seem to be pretty well stocked all over the pitch at the moment so not sure why we need to concern ourselves about spending on a fullback.

Wouldn't read too much into Pep's comments. That being said, a ligament injury could take 1 month, 1 year, or anything in between to heal. Regardless, we were bound to bring in another LB either in Jan or over Summer

Pep was asked if he would sign someone IF mendy is out long term. Knee ligament injuries are notoriously difficult to diagnose. Calm down until we know more.
