Yes he has been found 'not guilty", It's such a tough crime to get found guilty of as you often see the conviction rate is so low, I think 2020/21 was the highest ever recored for reported rape crimes with over 60k, Of that reported rape crimes only over 5k got convicted.

I don't believe for one minute that over 50k of those women made up that they were raped. I understand there is women who have falsely accused men in the past but a large amount of men do get away with rape that they have committed.

But you are also saying that people who have been found not guilty are still guilty, which is also unfair. Woman who falsely accuse should face punishment. Men who rape should be punished. Pretty easy really.

I've had to edit this I've read the first sentence wrong, My apologies. It does seem unfair, But unfortunately it's true. Do you not think that in numerous cases men have got away with their actions? You think that if they have been found "Not Guilty" that means they didn't commit the crime? Not having a pop by the way just genuinely curious to know. As I've said it's such a tough crime to get convicted for as most cases are her word against his word with very little evidence to back it up.

Yes women who falsely accuse should get punished, In fact, They should get whatever punishment that the accused was due to face and possibly more seen as it's a kick in the teeth to the women who actually went through such a crime on top of trying to get a person falsely imprisoned.

It's not "pretty easy", It's incredibly difficult get a conviction of this nature as in most cases it's word against word with very little evidence to go off.

I cannot understand how he is not in breach of contract. It must be some shitty contract that allows an 'unavailable' player to get paid.

I think the fact he owed the state back taxes etc possibly had a bearing but ultimately it’s not his fault if he cannot play due to needing complying with the justice process.

Sorry Kaz but I don't agree with "why would a woman lie" and "extremely rare", Unfortunately there's women out there that do make this disgusting allegations against men.

Those woman who make these false allegations should get a seriously long time in prison, It's a kick in the teeth to victims of rape and also trying to get men falsely imprisoned.

On the flip side of that in my opinion we also have men who do rape women and not enough substantial evidence to get then convicted as the majority of times it's one word against another.

If only we lived in a world without any of this disgusting behaviour going on.
