Still 2 counts outstanding, but a man's career ruined and during it, his liberty removed. I hope he sues his accusers into the ground.

The long wait for trial, incarcerated during part of that time. Disgraceful delays by the CPS.

And still the debacle drags on..... Another six months to wait before a trial.

Hard to comment in support of him until all the cases have been completed. However if he's found not guilty on all counts I hope City & the fans welcome him back. Some might question his personal life decisions...I'm sure he has learned from this...it sounds like his time in jail has taught him unzipping his trousers willy nilly can have consequences. People forget sex is a two way thing and both parties want and are getting something from it.....caution is the operative word.

Given the known difficulties of successfully prosecuting rape, that's an incredibly big "if".

Agree totally how difficult it is to get a prosecution for rape but I'd have thought that in a situation like this where there are multiple accusers rather than just one then it should be a relatively easy slam dunk for the prosecution if he's done it, but that's not been the case with him instead being acquitted on so many charges. I, for one, felt that with so many complainants there was only ever going to be one verdict but maybe, just maybe, he has been the victim of a stitch up all along?
