That picture was definitely taken in France but it's from a photo shoot from a few days ago. I know this because he posted a couple of those pics to his IG story 2-3 days ago. If you look at the photos he's been tagged in on IG, you'll see from a few days ago fan accounts screen shot the pics, posted them, and tagged him...
