Many of them less than 100% fit, as Pellegrini pointed out. Same last season, the season before, & the season before.
if either of Bony or Aguero is out we won't play the other 270 minutes in a week. I take your point about giving him a bit more recovery time, though last season was really the only one when he had multiple injuries due to not recovering,But if we are only playing one striker then Bony is plenty of cover with a 3rd young striker. No way would Benzema be a back up to Aguero and Bony.
