His 10min cameo for Brazil against England shows he has pace to burn and IMO may be an ideal plan B if we don't get Isco.

It seems to be more dificult to get them a work permit in the UK, if the player has not played a certain amount of games for their country. The Spanish and Italian sides do not seem to encounter this problem so have the edge.

True about the work permit issue but the way round that is if the player has a dual passport.
 
He didn't get the ball much but Italy were pressing high to get back in the game, when he did get the ball he made some nice incisive passes, one which led to a goal.

Looks a future Brazillian talent for sure, and like Oscar for Chelsea these are the types of talent we should be looking at from that part of the world.
