The way he dribbles is like a slower-paced Messi. Can't seem to lose the ball!

Just class. His dribbles and that chest layoff were superb. Can't see him winning headers though

Had some great moments but also gave the ball away far too many times. Should of done better with his chance. A lot to look forward though with this effectively being his pre season.

Started very well but faded as the game went on which is why I assume he went off.

Start again vs Liverpool hopefully.

Yeah, he clearly faded, but I am convinced that had to do with how he spent a great deal of time running up and down the flank. He should play further back, he was doing too much winger duties. He doesn't have great stamina and was always best at playing in midfield, not sure what's the point of starting him in the wings. Even if he often makes moves in, that's still way too forward for him to deal any serious damage imo.

He is still doing his pre-season so he was always going to tire in the 2nd half and he is in a faster paced and more competitive league,he will/is amazing

Thought he was our best player by a distance in the first half but faded in the second. I absolutely love the quickness of his decision-making. Very energetic on the press/counter-press also.

great technician, dribbling, passing amazing. just hope he can hit the ball better than the other silva, haven't seen that yet, tried twice in these two games and it was very davidish.

Considering his lack of pre-season and the fact he only had 30 mins or so previously he fitted in very nicely indeed on Saturday. I think we've got a gem of player at what will turn out to be a very good price.
