He’s definitely got it in for the dippers, that performance in 2019 was stuff of legend. Love him. Been a bit off the boil this season. Hopefully saving it for one final big push to end the season.

He definitely has. And not just him not clapping them but when he came on he was going right at them. His form dipped after the racism thing and whether it's anything to do with that or something else you could see how emotional he was on Thursday, and before this season he always seemed a pretty laid back guy (I'm still sure he is). But he seems triggered. Maybe some/all of it explains the madrid links/comments? Whatever the situation hope he stays with us for the long term. Great guy great player just had a difficult time/season (so far)

Should start tonight. Would love to see him get back in the groove as he’s become marginal and must be feeling frustrated with his own form.

In the starting XI. His 150th appearance for us this evening. I'm sure all the lurking mickeys on here will join me in congratulating him.
Giving about as much effort on the pitch tonight as he did in the guard of honour.
