Why do you find these 2 transfers to be interrelated? 2 completely different players, B.Silva would be a competitor to Mata, not Griezmann.

Just a feeling. Putting 150+M€ on two players... Meh, including one that is not even sure to start... Meh.

I think people should realize that there are alot of top players available to clubs with lots of money (like United). So while they may get B. Silva it's not really that big of a deal, remember how gutted people were when we thought we are getting Pogba then he went to United? Pogba is a great talent, but so many midfielders have popped up since then that people can go for (like Fabinho for us).

Basically, don't fret over the players other teams get, we don't need to much strengthening attacking wise anyways.

Monaco are very close to sign Mahrez, they're propably waiting this before give to Silva the pass to go.

BTW i didn't saw a lot of Leicester's game. How did Mahrez this year, after the sack of Ranieri (before, i'm not interested :p) .

Mahrez has had a huge drop off this season, especially in his numbers.

However, you can see in recent months his quality coming back and that he is still arguably along with Hazard the best dribbler in the Premier League.

Maybe this season was a season too long at Leicester.

Like Kante, he probably should have moved on to a team with better players.

In his interviews he seems quite shy, but on the pitch he is a bit of a show-boater.

If he can get back his form of last year Monaco will be signing one of the best wide men in the game.

17 goals and 12 assists last season.
