Barca are a political propaganda machine... their fans are like kids that needs to hear big names rather than see them... they can’t afford the electricity bill.

They certainly ignore financial debt thinking that Barca are too big a National Asset to be affected.

Perhaps they are right and rely on Spanish football to protect them.

Certainly their officers ignore current debt as a consequence of a previous regime so feel the slate is wiped clean like some sort of legal liquidation has magically paid out 5 cents in the euro to its creditor's.

Seriously though, this line has been consistently peddled, and the reality has been the opposite, they have signed and registered everyone they have wanted to (that wanted to join them) and will do so again. People need to let this once comical headline go.
