I'm also resigned to him leaving now. Pretty rubbish way to end the window, which started with so much promise. If we don't get a replacement in and he does leave- even with the haaland signing I'm not sure you could say our squad has been strengthened. Hoping for a top class replacement if he does go- although it won't be easy.

Nah mate, Jack Gaughan already stated if s number was agreed AND a replacement signed before a deal for Bernardo was done. I just think with KDB and Gundogan going to be 32 in a bit , Mahrez aging as well , this bloody World Cup coming up mid season that it could be an opportunity to bolster the squad with zero extra spend?
