I agree . Tbh he has never come out and openly said he wants out he just gets homesick which we all do but he is a model professional who gives his all . In my eyes though I did think it was time for him to make his move but if rice is worth £105 million then silva is with a lot more .Which in itself is a huge relief.
They have the money too aswell but fir sone reason they haven’t which is strange .I think he'd go to PSG but if they were serious about signing him surely they'd have put in a bid by now.
