Theres an extortionately priced sandwich shop chain over here called O'Briens. I never go any more but they had a branch on a "business park" I used to work on. At Christmas they would do a toasted triple decker sandwich that had turkey, brie, stuffing and cranberry sauce. I struggle to look past that as my ultimate sandwich and did make my own at home at Christmas a few years ago.
