I have to admit to have had that a few times over the past year or two and there’s some pretty bloody tasty poutine these days.
went to a poutine food truck festival last summer and had bbq rib, butter chicken and lobster poutine.

I think the point he’s making is Brown sauce should not be on Chips, neither should Ketchup or Mayo of any type. Just Salt & Vinegar; and maybe Gravy

Anything on a butty is good. When I was younger I used to eat a pie on a butty or one of those little 8" pizzas between two slices of bread. Currently I like crisp butties, and cucumber sandwiches.
