As previously said the millennium trilogy Sympathy for Lady Vengeance & Old boy plus another Korean film called a bitter-sweet life is good, John Woo's pre hollywood films like hard boiled

but the out right winner must be the dollars trilogy just because it's got the good the bad and the ugly as part of it

Time of the Gypsies.

About a young gypsy lad in Yugoslavia growing up and torn between the old traditions and becoming involved with the trafficking of organsied beggars and prostitution over to Italy, can be a hard subject at times, but gives a really good insight into the Romany culture and is beautifully shot.

One of my absolute favorite all time movies. Hands down. Kusturica is a master.

I see no one has mentioned Shaolin Soccer.

Given we are football fans, this one is a must see.
